How often does an MSA patient have to change clothes?

I notice that my most important piece of clothing has become the T-shirt. Because I don’t like stains, or because I want to walk around in greasy tops, I have to change more often a day than ever before. Three or four times – at least? Is it the same for others?

After cooking (unless I use a full body gown), after eating (unless I buy bibs for adults), after rinsing, after cleaning, of course after sports… I cause unintentional stains everywhere with every movement, which soon leads to renovation because everything falls out of my hand three times. As a rule I curse, but luckily nobody hears me. For example, I already eat special way in public not to stain myself. I would never eat spaghetti with tomato sauce outside the house… But I like these problems, as long as I am mobile and I can stuff things in my mouth and swallow them.
